To have better Industry Academia interface, the institute has been pursuing periodically on the needs of industry and the curriculum. Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering Board of Studies is having Industry representation and their involvement in the program design.




1. The institute is accredited by TCS, Oracle, Wipro, Cognizent (CTS), HCL, Amar Raja Batteries, TATA Elexsi, Hyundai Mobi, Red Carpet, Sirupur Paper Mill, Attra Infotech Pvt. Ltd., TOPPER, Mphasis, Microsoft, Infosys, & Globarena. These MNCs conduct certification programs like Infosys campus connect program, DB2 by IBM, SQL and PLSQL by Oracle. Also, to have better Industry Academia interface, the institute has been pursuing periodically on the needs of industry and the curriculum
2. Industry experts from Sumith Electronics, Hyderabad are involved in designing program curriculum and also delivering extension lectures for the students.
3. To bridge the gap, the institute organizes seminars/guest lecturers/interactive sessions with production human resource managers of industry to educate the students in a right way. The faculty is also deputed to visit Industries frequently.
4. The students are visiting industries during their industrial tours to acquire hands on experience and get exposure to the industrial environment.
5. The industrial visits and expert lecturers have helped the students in selecting industry projects and also motivating students for higher studies.
6. The students are encouraged to undergo internship in reputed industries during summer vacation. During this period students take mini projects
7. The institute is a member of CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) engineering Colleges Cluster Program under which the students and faculty visit industries frequently.
8. Industry-Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC): The institute has launched the Industry Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC) in the year 2005 under the funding agency of AICTE, New Delhi with an objective to improve interaction and fill the gap between the industry and the institute
9. Institute accreditation by industry and MOUs signed: The Institute has MoUs with reputed MNCs like TCS, Zensar and CoCubes. M/s Infosys Technologies conducted “Infosys Campus Connect-Deep drive faculty programme” and faculty members of various engineering colleges in the state were participated. Infosys authorities announced that the KITS Warangal as the centre of the excellence towards the campus connect.
10. Industry-Institute Interaction Cell (IIIC) of the institute encourages the departments to organize guest lectures by experts from industries for the benefit of under-graduates and to improve interaction with industries.
11. The students are visiting industries during their industrial tours to acquire hands on experience and get exposure to the industrial environment.
12. By conducting guest lectures and workshops students were exposed to latest trends and technologies currently used in industries
13. Students were motivated to participate in inter college events, paper presentation contests and other technical events.
14. Students’ performance in presentation skills is improved.
15. Industrial visits have helped the students to understand the operation and protection of Electronic Equipment
16. Students have gained the knowledge of industrial working environment and were motivated to work in core sector

FACE academy is training the students for soft skills enhancement, spoken English capability. The laboratory provides a platform in improving vocabulary, reasoning and analytical skills.
